I remember seeing this is the paper some time back and did a little digging to find it. This property is not TV owned and was an unincorporated part of Lake County. Property owners went to Lady Lake to get the 18+ acres annexed into Lady Lake and then look for approval to build what sounds to me as a strip mall.
