Actually, I have a feeling I know what it is but I'am just wondring in what formulation it is being used.
My guess is you can buy a whole GALLON of the stuff at a pool supply store for pennies, compared to what this spray bottle cost.

IF....your installer used acrylic based grout...instead of the cheaper sand based....you can simply use white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda and a brush....Worked fine in several homes, for the last twenty years.
