Stretch the lanai
I have an Iris model which is similar in most areas. The one thing I would tell you to do is to stretch the lanai if your lot allows. We have ours stretched 2' and it makes a big difference. I would have loved to have a 4' stretch but our lot wasn't big enough. If you don't stretch it at all the lanai behind the dinette is really narrow and really doesn't allow for any furniture.
