Hi! Out lot is in Sanibel and I've also been curious if any construction has been started beyond the model center. Just haven't written to our agent to ask. I thing GAdawg (on TOTV) will be starting his home there in the summer as they are closing on their house 7/15 according to his posts. You might PM him to see if he's aware of any other building......
