I tried to get an appointment with the number I was given and never was able to talk with a "human". I jumped in my car and got there about 11:00 am, took a number, waited about 5 mins and was called to the desk. Told my problem to a nice young lady, she understood, clicked a few numbers into the computer and everything was straightened in about 15 minutes.
