Good move looking for someone that will walk behind mower, you might want to add "grass catcher" to that request....Ole boy feeds lawn spring and fall with Scotts Turf Builder also....If you have St. Augustine have mower raised, recommended by John Deere dealer....We had a landscaper do ours when we first moved to TV but almost ruined because he rode mower 20 MPH (not quite but FAST)...
