Alas, that's the problem. My Mom will be 85 next month, not many years left. I have to sell the house after she passes to distribute the proceeds among 5 children so I can't afford to stay here then. Hate to move now and then have to sell again in a year or two or three or... I'm just saying, there are other options for someone who can't use all the amenities. Glad that TV is here for those who can.
