Default Florida wills

We do not have many legal issues, and about the only thing we need these days is wills and updates. I am not excited about paying hundreds of dollars for wills and then more money for updates. 20 years ago, we found a program called "Prepaid Legal Services" out of Ada,Oklahoma.

They contract with a major Law Practices in a State. They answer unlimited questions by phone and will write letters for you. Get a moving violation ticket?? They send an attorney to court for you, saved us hundreds with our teenage daughters, (tickets dismissed more than 95% of the time and nothing on their records.) Majorly for us now...they prepare your will for free and update it annually. They wrote letters for us and prepared the paperwork for me to that the the State when someone bounces $2,500 worth of checks on a sale we made. If you want to investigate trusts and other stuff, they are a full service firm and you get a discount on their regular fees as a PPL member.
It sounds too good to be true, but for $30 a month, we have all this access. Recently I figured what we have paid offer our membership, and just the cost of the moving violations and the wills, we are way ahead. We average using PPL for things other than wills maybe one or twice a month over the last 20 years. For us, with few legal bills, it has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. PPL may not be for everyone, but everyone should check out its services. click the link (or copy and paste) http://www.prepaidlegal.com/newCorp2/contact_us.html to see for yourself. They will direct you to a local representative.
