If you don't have grass, there's really not much left to maintain. Probably need to wash your house a couple times a year at about $40-$50 a pop for a pressure washer. Carpet cleaning depends on how clean you are. A lot of the expense of maintenance depends on your habits and house cleaning, how you treat your house and appliances, etc. Most exteriors are minimal maintenance.
