Default June 2011 Changes on New and Spec homes
While looking at new spec homes on TV site I notice many now have a number after the model name. Anyone have any idea what this stands for?

Also while comparing the "old" base prices to the new prices it seems most of the designers increased 3-3.8%. Anyone have any news on the rate of increase for options?
