I live in the Village of Amelia. My Covenants & Restrictions say as follows:
#12. Parking: Vehicles are to be kept in owners' garages or concrete driveways. To me, this does not "suggest." I believe this keeps our neighborhoods well-kempt and that is why the Developer chose to have this in the C&R's. Why do you have to park in the street? Do you have 3 cars? And
with Tbugs about your unfounded reasoning for not putting your car in the garage. Is there something we don't know about cars exploding in garages or causing the drywall to explode in spontaneous combustion?
