We are probably eight to ten months away from starting construction on our Holly, but excited about the prospect. I have asked a few TV residents about gas vs electric golf carts, and there doesn't seem to be a consensus. I understand if you want to go further and get there a little bit quicker, gas is the choice, if you don't mind a little noise and fumes. On the other hand, gas requires a trip to the Colony gas station to fuel up. I imagine the question has been discussed and debated many times elsewhere on the Talk of the Villages forum. At any rate, we have a few loose ends to wrap up here in TN before we start our new adventure, but we are looking forward to meeting our new neighbors and making lasting friendships.
