We used a PODS unit for the first half of our move over the Christmas holiday. You can have the POD in your driveway up to 72 hours to unload. It has to be completely within your driveway. Using it was great and we moved everything ourselves with some movers' "skateboards".

We are planning to use another POD for the second phase of our move once his job is finally finished or the house is sold - whichever comes first. The first move consisted of most of our furniture, the next one will be the stuff like the washer, dryer freezer, clothes, his tools and other misc. stuff.

I am currently here sans washer/dryer but at least Rock 'n Wash is nearby. I'm not fond of laundramats, but at least I am here!

PM me if you want more info...
