Good job with the picture, twotogo!

That's exactly how ours look as well. As jim1941 had suggested, do something with the ends of the zip-tie connections. He chose duct tape for protecting his. I simply snipped the ends off ours "down to the nub" with a utility knife and positioned them such that I don't think they'll be an issue. So far, so good! If they start posing a problem for us, I'll probably try dabbing a blob of silicone sealer on the connections - or maybe some "liquid electrical tape".
