totally. That was precisely my original reaction and concern but, I was reserving judgment until I get some time to take a hard look at the scope of the whole $20M project. Personally, I would be more impacted if it was Buena Vista instead of Morse. However, overflow detours to Buena Vista from Morse, if the traffic pattern was lighter on Buena Vista, would be plausible. Oh......the price of progress.
