Just out of curiosity, if you got this from another source, would it be possible to re-post it with the savings at the beginning of the line and maybe sorted by amount form most to least?

There are certainly ones I don't agree with (why is Amtrak a GOP whipping boy when the highways have LONG since stopped being funded only by gas taxes - and selling Federal land for a one-time boost in revenue is just a bad idea from an accounting standpoint) and there are some with no amount.

But I will say this, at least SOMEONE is talking specifics.
