A man driving a golf cart with two little kids (10-12) in the passenger seat and he was holding a toddler (9-12 months) in his left arm while driving with his right. The poor child was literally hanging out over the cart path. What the heck is wrong with some people? I hope the idiot reads this and knows it's him I'm talking about.
