Default What is the Development District Assessment?
My wife and I are considering moving to the villages and we appreciate the answers all of you gave us to some questions we previously had. We know the monthly association fees are $135.00 but what are the Development District Assessment fees and do they vary depending on the price of the house that you purchase? Thanks so much for any information you can give us.
