This is just more Obama posturing. If Aug. 3rd comes around, and still no budget deal is reached, Obama would have to prioritize spending. The first thing he says he will cut spending on is Social Security? Really? I guess his strategy is working because he got you upset.

I would think there is plenty of spending he can cut before Social Security. He's grandstanding.
