I used Robert Robey Concrete & Masonry to install my concrete pad. He lied to me regarding obtaining an approval with the Architectural Review Committee. During our price negotiation, he assured me he would take care of the approval, when in fact, he didn't bother to do so. When I called him on his lie, he expanded on his lies and said I would have the approval sheet the following week. Guess what? MIA. The man in my opinion is a dishonest contractor and shouldn't be allowed to do work in The Villages.
