Walking on the golf course can be very dangerous. I know it looks and seems like a nice place to walk, but a golf ball or golf cart can cause serious injury. Not only that, but it is distracting to the golfers. If you mean walking at night after the course has closed, I don't think that is allowed either. It is like going into a business after the doors have been locked. I personally don't see anything wrong with walking on the cart path after hours. I hope someone tells me if it is an official rule that the cart paths are off-limits to pedesterian traffic. My husband said it is trespassing.
