I apparently put this thread in the wrong area and it was pulled so I am trying again.

Lifestyle Consignment Furniture Showroom (north of Villages and Marion County Flea Market) Address was 12331 S.E. U.S. 441 Belleview, Fl. phone number 352-307-4492 has disappeared. The store is empty, the building is now orange instead of yellow, and the sign has been removed....with no forwarding address. When that phone number is called it states that they are relocating. HOWEVER, no notification was sent to individuals who had items for sale in their store. This amounted to $3,865.00 for us. I was contacted one time about changing the prices to 1/2 of the cost which I agreed. Money was suppose to be sent out once a month. I have received nothing.

I have contacted the Marion County Sheriff Office and the deputy told me it was a civil manner rather than a criminal manner because we had a contract. I am suppose to contact them. According to the deputy we should be able to locate them by their license number....which is not on my contract; or by name which I only remember her name was Patricia.

They told me to contact Senior Versus Crimes at 753-7775. That office is operated by volunteers and only open on Tuesday and Wednesday. So I will call them next week.
