I know what you mean... We saw a bunch in Europe, but that's all we saw were small cars and cycles.
There is one in Orland Park and I can't see how they would be able to take it out in the snow! I giggle at the thought of it spinning like a cartoon....
However for TV I could see how it would work quite nicely. I think we got a picture of the Smartcar parked side by side with the carts when we were there!!!
I amuse easily....
