This is showing number six. I read somewhere that 10 was the average number of showings before an offer.
We hope for the best but we aren't as excited about a showing as we were at the start.
Oh well, "they" always say things happen when you least expect it.
So if you aren't too tired, cross everything that will cross and send those positive thoughts northward once again.
Someday we will be living in TV and will be crossing fingers for others to sell their homes so they can move to TV.
