Charter schools are for employees of TV, its contractors, and TV-based businesses. The students may live in adjacent all age communities or far away. It is employment based enrollment not geography. There are many surrounding all age communities but they have no access to TV amenities. Children under 19 cannot permanently live in a Villages residence.
It all works pretty well.....
