Default some CYV garages are extra deep
I haven't measured, but probably the specs are listed somewhere. We have all kinds of stuff in the garage in front of the car - 3 bikes, a lawnmower, an extra vacuum cleaner, etc) and if we didn't have 2 golf carts, could also fit lots more (besides a work bench) in front of a golf cart on the other side.

But - it's true that it is a little tough to park a large car beside the 2 golf carts (but it can be done if you are careful). It's more the curved driveway than the size of the garage - a little tricky.
