Please don't ever, ever have dentistry done by a doctor that does not see the need to do it correctly, one that is offering you a "discount". Ok, now I'll get off my soapbox, I just (obviously) have an issue with anyone choosing a health care provider by cost, I assist my husband and have seen the results of that. Oh, by the way, just wanted to add that I know nothing about Magnolia Dental, I (unfortunately!) don't live in the Villages yet (that whole "still working in Michigan" thing!). Magnolia might be a great dental office, I just worry about some of the things that you mentioned.

I believe you may have misunderstood what was posted. She didn't say they were not going to do the x-rays she was only speaking about the $3,000 difference
