I took a look at your link - the leading 'm' indicates it's YouTube's site for mobile devices. For whatever reason, my desktop doesn't seem to like it.
I clipped off the 'v=.....' part at the end, went to
www.youtube.com and did a search for it.....and came up with this link that worked for me:

I believe if the TOTV forum's software sees any link that begins with 'www.youtube.com', it'll do what you're describing - imbed the video window within the post (and as seen above). Any format for youtube videos other than that, such as the 'm.youtube.com' or I've seen some that are 'www.youtu.be' or something like that - those aren't picked up by the software and thus just have the link itself inserted.
