Yesterday we took a guest to Katie Bell's for lunch. We arrived as they were
clearing up the buffet from breakfast. There were about 5 young people who were cleaning and getting the buffet silver servers ready for the next meal. We sat in amazement as they used terribly dirty rags to clean the buffet servers and used the same rags to "wipe the floors" and then continue to wipe down the insides of the buffet silver servers. It included the edges of the servers. It was a terrible exhibition of what was very unsanitary. As we
left I mentioned this to the person at the door and suggested he mention it to the Manager as it was terrible to watch as you were getting ready to eat one of the meals. We are not regular customers of Katie Bell's so don't have a lot of history.
