Mike, check with Carts and Clubs in Ocala.....352-351-2278. I believe they sell and install them.
Not sure about what flies from a legality standpoint - colors, are you allowed to have them on while operating the cart, probably not allowed to have them flashing, etc. C & C should have the scoop on those kinds of things.
