We have over 550 sq. ft with 12 ft ceilings and glass on all three sides. We added a mini-split system from Mitsubishi and it works great - very quiet and powerful enough to store meat if we wanted to. We paid $4400 but a smaller unit would be less. Shop around since some companies (e.g. Sunshine) wanted $7000 for the job. Our contractor was Tony Forbes who I would recommend.
