All owners signed at their closing a statement that they read and understand the rules of TV. No Fences and if someone puts one up and the neighbor turns them in, down it comes. Uniformity is what TV are all about. Keeping a clean looking neighborhood to keep values up. If you have a miss mash of fences it would do nothing but bring the value down and then there is the up keep that probably won't happen after a few years. As for the villas they are a breed all of their own. They are meant for people with pets. There are not to many predetors that can get into the yard. Yours can't get out and only birds can get in. I have not heard of any cats being taking away by an eagle or hawk. Could happen I suppose. Bird cages are a good suggestion as long as your cats don't claw through like mine did a few times to get out. He now lives back up in upstate New York on a hill top out in the middle of no wheres and comes and goes as he pleases. I get to visit him too....
