Trish the basic tenet of Zen is as follows: All is sorrow. Sorrow derives from desire. Eliminate desire and you can then eliminate sorrow. I keep threatening my bride with that ideaology but she is always one step ahead of me. I'm so easy. Its like my brother says. All things in moderation....and I require a lot of moderation
