car drivers are the biggest offenders here, how many of you, who are so self righteous about cart speeds, do the speed limit in their cars? how many do 25 on unmarked villages roads...that IS the speed limit after all, what about using turn signals? Let he who is without sin cast the first stone....I should hear nothing but silence if you are honest!
