Our sales rep. is going to continue to watch the calendar for us and hopefully be able to make an appointment for us while we are there. She did confirm that it cost her $500 for us to have an appointment with the design team.
This is still all very confusing to me and I am looking forward to our return in September. I am sure things will work out and I feel lucky to have found this discussion group and all the friendly people on it. Thanks!
