Believe this is incorrect. There are many times when a resident does not play golf and a guest does. You can request a tee time for your guest, but you must have your resident ID # and your PIN # to do so - or you could give this info to your guest and have them use either the online system or the telephone system. On the phone, it asks, "Will you be one of the golfers?" Go from there.
