Ditto.
While waiting for my condo to sell, I sometimes look at properties that I would like to purchase and tear up knowing I can't buy it immediately.
I try not to torture myself but I do occassionally especially if it is a property that I would buy in a heartbeat.
Someday, it will happen for all us wannabees.
