Fumar... I believe the 30 day calendar year limit only applies to underage guests. "Adult" guests are not under the same restriction...as Homeball says, you can get guest passes for 30 days at a time and renew as needed for adults.
On the guest golfing question, I asked the starter at Pimlico today. She said a guest can walk up on their own and golf, for a fee, but needs to have the resident's ID # so they can enter it into the system. Not saying you would get the same answer from every starter, but that's what one said.
