Angie, the original post dealt with the safety of walking dogs on golf courses. It then segued into being unleashed, not picking up, etc. They are all valid points and we would hope they will be heeded by dog owners.

I personally agree with you. I don't care where dog owners walk their dogs but they should be leashed, kept off residents' property and preferably do their business on their own property. If they have an "accident" on public or golf course property the resulting deposit should be picked up, bagged and taken home for disposal.

Unfortunately there many dog owners who do not agree with me.
