I personally agree with you. I don't care where dog owners walk their dogs but they should be leashed, kept off residents' property and preferably do their business on their own property. If they have an "accident" on public or golf course property the resulting deposit should be picked up, bagged and taken home for disposal.

Unfortunately there many dog owners who do not agree with me.
I betcha most dog owners do agree with you. I highly recommend Dog Parks. A good way to exercise your pet among fellow dog lovers!
