There are usually some breakfast items - juices, coffee, pastries, etc., and a speaker or film of interest. Certainly an area of conservatism, but still a large number of Democrats, with more arriving daily.

Wow, when we first told our more "liberal" friends we were moving to TV they made it sound like we might be the only Dems in all of TVland. To be totally honest, it was my biggest concern about moving into such a conservative community. They made it sound like we might be ostacized (or worse!) for our beliefs. I am respectful of all political opinions, but I certainly was concerned about being considered an "outsider" for mine.

I think as long as I stay out of the political forum, we'll do just fine in our new community. Looking forward to meeting everyone (of all political beliefs) when we arrive!
