I posted a thread about a Democratic
Club meeting. I did not post any kind of point of view here, simply a meeting notice. The reason I did it is because a lot of new people are moving to The Villages, and some of those people are Democrats, and may want to attend the meetings. They have heard that there are only Republicans here, and it is nice to let them know there is another option; I do see others who are trying to "get something going" because they see the word Democrat. My feeling is, if a person wants to debate issues, that is what the Political forum is for. I have no desire to debate political issues with anyone, so I don't belong to Politcal.
In retrospect, I probably should have posted this under "Clubs" since it is a notice about a club meeting. I will ask the administrator to move this thread to "Clubs".
