This community is less than a half hours drive from TV. Hard to believe a community the size of TV could not support a nice facility like this one. The community that has this S&F Center is less than 10% the size of TV. There is a monthly membership fee but it would be a welcome addition for those who value their health and well being. Does anyone know the correct way ahead to get a decent S&F Center built in TV other than to rely on the benevolence and good graces of the developer? Seems like the developer is not very interested in the heath and well being of the community unless it suits their game plan. At some point, the homeowners should have a say in what facilities are available. There must be at least as many who would want a quality Spa & Fitness Center as those who want to line dance and boogie at the Squares. Can some of the 80,000 resident voices in TV be heard? What say you all? |
