It may cost money, that's fine by me!! Having worked in the "welfare" arena in the past, believe me, it is not a "few drug users"! It hovers around 45-50%. In some states, no background check can be done on people applying for welfare.
I once thought as some of you do, but being right in the thick of it, I learned my lesson very quickly! When in the employ of the TDHHS, I had to pass a drug test every year, but those people applying for welfare and other benefits did not!
I applaud Florida for being the first (of all 50, I hope)!
