I've got a few openings left in a new league where you get 2 entire NFL teams, one NFC and one AFC. Then you combine the two teams into one FF team, no trades, just manage your team.
You can choose any team you want, but it's first come first served.
For your second team, it's the same but in reverse order, so the guy who got the very first choice also gets the last choice.
