When we purchased our house in Virginia Trace it came with white cabinets which I wasn't too thrilled with. But now, after a year I love the looks- it makes for a bright uplifting room and we've found that they clean up very nicely even though I'm a blue collar kinda guy! I've gotten bored with that oak/cherry look.
