I would have to say I like the warmth of a medium wood look. I like medium oak, maple with some contrast outlining, or cherry, but not too dark. Browns are one of my favorite colors, though, and it is nice that there is something for everyone. The white is very Florida and tropical.
BTW--BeeGee, we are going to build in Sanibel 175, so maybe someday, I can see your cabinets and you can see mine!
