Just for the fun of it, did you choose a new home or a resale? Tell a little why you made that choice and would you do it again?

If you bought a resale, was the bond completely paid?

We bought a new spec house in Hadley three years ago in June, recently sold it and are building a new house in Laurel Valley.

We didn't pay off the bond on our home in Hadley.
