I found the following information on the CDD website. It is related to parking in the driveway. I don't know that The Villages can enforce rules about parking in the road since the roads are all public.
"Boats, Campers, Winnebago’s, and other RVs are allowed on the driveway not to exceed 72 hours (3 days) provided they are not plugged in or inhabited. This allowance is made in an effort to accommodate the cleaning/packing and unpacking of the boat/RV."
