Why do we pay Congress to make decisions and they pass it off on a committee? That's like me and my wife cannot decide what bills to pay, so I go down to the local recreation center and ask a few people to make our decisions for us. Only problem is that the bill collectors will still hold my wife and I responsible. Politicians will say that it is out of their hands because their committee made the decisions.
